The amendments to this section effected by the reenactment of section 48-2-32 during the regular session of the Legislature, 1996, are to be applied prospectively and have no application to any action for annulment, divorce or separate maintenance that was commenced on or before June 7, 1996. PART 2. DISCLOSURE OF ASSETS REQUIRED.
