West Virginia Code § 48-5-702

Revision of order enjoining abuse

After entering an order enjoining abuse in accordance with the provisions of section 5-509,
the court may, from time to time afterward, upon motion of either of the parties and upon
proper service, revise the order and enter a new order concerning the same as the
circumstances of the parties and the benefit of children may require.
