Court may order a party to deliver separate property

Unless a contrary disposition is ordered pursuant to other provisions of this section, then
upon the motion of either party, the court may compel the other party to deliver to the
moving party any of his or her separate estate which may be in the possession or control of
the respondent party and may make such further order as is necessary to prevent either
party from interfering with the separate estate of the other. e
