(a) The Bureau for Public Health shall make available to health care facilities and practitioners a written form notice of the rights of victims and the remedies and services available to victims of domestic violence. (b) A health care practitioner whose patient has injuries or conditions consistent with domestic violence shall provide to the patient, and every health care facility shall make available to all patients, a written form notice of the rights of victims and the remedies and services available to victims of domestic violence. u
