Notice of the increase shall be sent to the obligor at the time such increase is implemented. If the obligor disagrees with the increase in payments, he or she may file, within thirty days of the date of the notice, a motion with the court for a determination of wheether there should be an increase in monthly payments and the amount of that increase, if any.
