Posting of bonds or giving security to guarantee payment of overdue

An obligor with a pattern of overdue support may be required by order of the court to post
bond, give security or some other guarantee to secure payment of overdue support. The
guarantee may include an order requiring that stocks, bonds or other assets of the obligor
be held in escrow by the court until the obligor pays the support. e
