Misdemeanor offense of concealing payment of income to obligor;

Any source of income who knowingly and willfully conceals the fact that the source of
income is paying income to an obligor, with the intent to avoid withholding from the
obligor's income of amounts payable as support, is guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon
conviction thereof, shall be fined not more than $100. e
