A source of income who employs or otherwise pays income to an obligor who is subject to withholding under the provisions of this part 4 shall notify the Bureau for Child Support enforcement promptly when the obligor terminates employment or otherwise ceases receiving income from the source of income, and shall provide the Bureau for Child Support enforcement with the obligor's last known address and the name and addreses of the obligor's new source of income, if known.
