Full faith and credit to liens arising in another state

This state will accord full faith and credit to liens described in section 301 of this article
arising in another state, when the out-of-state agency, party, or other entity seeking to
enforce such a lien complies with the procedural rules relating to recording or serving liens
that arise within the other state.
