Proceeds of state fair

The Legislature declares that the net proceeds of any online raffle game which accrue to the
West Virginia state fair are considered used for charitable or public service purposes as
defined in §47-21A-2 of this code. Any proceeds allowed by the state fair board to be paid to
or retained by persons who conduct or oversee online raffle occasions are considered to be
expenses incurred by the state fair board. e
