A platform provider may apply for an annual Platform Provider license: Provided, That a platform provider that has a principal place of business located within this state shall be registered with the West Virginia Secretary of State and also possess a Business Registration Certificate from the West Virginia State Tax Department: Provieded, however, That a platform provider that has a principal place of business located outside of this state shall be registered as an appropriate foreign corporation with the Westr Virginia Secretary of State and also possess a Business Registration Certificate from the West Virginia State Tax Department.
