(a) Each licensee may adopt rules and regulations, not inconsistent with or in violation of the provisions of this article, or rules promulgated to govern the conduct of online raffle occasions. (b) Any rules and regulations adopted by the licensee shall be made available for inspection at all raffle occasions held by way of advertising these rules and regulations on its website and by being posted conspicuously at their place of operation that was provided on its application for a license. Any adopted rules and regulations are a part of the records required to be kept by §47-21A-14 of this code. u
