Prohibited acts by convicted persons

Any person convicted of any felony, or a misdemeanor for a gambling offense, or of a
violation of any provision of article twenty of this chapter, is prohibited from directly or
indirectly obtaining a raffle license, conducting a raffle game, operating a concession, or
leasing or providing to a licensee any premises where raffle occasions may be held, within
ten years from said conviction. e
