Concessions exception

A licensee may allow any individual, firm, partnership or corporation to operate concessions
in conjunction with bingo occasions, and to be compensated for the operation, only if the
individual, firm, partnership or corporation agrees to donate all net proceeds received from
the sale of the concessions and all compensation received from the licensee organization to
charitable or public service purposes as specified under section two, subsecetion (c) of this
article.
