(1) Any producer or dealer, aggrieved by a violation of this article may bring an action for legal or equitable relief, including reasonable attorney fees, in the circuit court of the county in which the franchised premises are located. (2) No action may be brought under the provisions of this article for a cause of action which arises more than two years prior to the date on which such action is brought.
