Implied warranty of fitness for particular purpose

If the dealer, at the time the rental contract is made, has reason to know of any particular
purpose for which the consumer goods are required and that the consumer is relying on the
dealer's skill or judgment to select or furnish suitable consumer goods, there is in the rental
contract an implied warranty that the consumer goods will be fit for that purpose.
