Inapplicability of article to the annual sale of less than one hundred

The provisions of this article do not apply to a person soliciting the sale of food stuffs and
edibles, except vitamins, if the solicitations neither intends to result in, or actually results in
a sale or sales which costs the consumer in excess of $100 annually to a single address:
Provided, That such sales are not solicited by professional telemarketers. e
