West Virginia Code § 44-3A-10

Continuances until all claims and objections passed on

The fiduciary supervisor may adjourn from time to time the hearing for the presentation of
claims or the fiduciary commissioner may likewise adjourn from time to time the hearings
for proof of disputed claims until all the presented claims and the objections to any claims,
as the case may be, shall be fully heard and passed on.
