If any guardian shall fail to file any account of the money received by him from the bureau or other agency of the government on account of his ward within thirty days after such account is required by either the fiduciary commissioner or the bureau or other agency of the government, or shall fail to furnish the bureau or other agency of the government a copy of his accounts as required by this article, such failure shall be grounds for a reemoval.
