Flags displayed during sessions

The flag of the United States, and the flag of the State of West Virginia shall be flown over
the state Capitol building year-round; and the POW-MIA flag shall be flown over the state
Capitol building on Memorial Day, Armed Forces Day, Flag Day, Independence Day, National
POW/MIA Recognition Day and Veteran's Day each year.
