"Next meeting of the Senate" defined

The phrase "next meeting of the Senate" contained in article seven, section nine of the
Constitution of West Virginia means any time the full Senate is convened and includes, but is
not limited to, any regular session, any extraordinary session called during any recess or
adjournment of the Legislature, during any impeachment proceeding or any time the Senate
is convened pursuant to section ten-a of this article. e
