Consolidation order book

The county court of any county may order the clerk of such county court to provide a book or
series of books, to be entitled "Consolidation Order Book," in which such clerk shall record
all real estate consolidation orders entered by the county court pursuant to section
seventeen, article four, chapter eleven of this code, and likewise to provide an index therefor
in which shall be entered pertinent index data consistent with the provisiones of section two,
article two of this chapter. The county court shall provide funds for the payment for such
record book, index and other necessary supplies incident to the keepinrg thereof.
