Compensation of appraisers

Each appraiser shall be entitled to $1, to be paid by the creditor if the appraised fair market
value of the property claimed by the debtor as exempt is equal to or greater than the fair
market value ascribed to such property by the debtor; otherwise to be paid by the debtor.
