West Virginia Code § 38-7-3

Statement of facts showing grounds of attachment in affidavit

Unless the attachment is sued out upon the first of the grounds mentioned in the preceding
section, the affiant shall also state in his affidavit the material facts relied upon by him to
show the existence of the grounds upon which his application for the attachment is based.
