Disposition of leviable property recovered in suit

If property which is capable of being levied on under an execution is recovered in any suit
brought under the provisions of section twenty of this article or in any proceeding in
garnishment, it shall be subject to the lien of the execution under which the suit to recover
such property was brought, and may be sold under that or a subsequent execution in the
same manner as other property belonging to the judgment debtor. e
