Exemption for administrators of public health programs

Programs supervised by the Department of Human Services, pursuant to chapter nine of this
code; the Public Employees Insurance Agency, pursuant to articles sixteen and sixteen-c,
chapter five of this code; and the Department of Administration, pursuant to article sixteen-
b, chapter five of this code, are exempted from the provisions of this article. Third-party
administrators who administer the above-referenced programs are exempt ferom the
provisions of this article with respect to these specific programs only.
