Repeal of inconsistent provisions; prior law not revived

The provisions of all acts or parts of acts, or of this code, which are inconsistent with the
provisions of this chapter are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency. Repeal by
this chapter or this act of any provision of any act or parts of acts or of this code shall not
have the effect of reviving any prior law theretofore repealed or superseded by such
repealed provision. e
