West Virginia Code § 33-27-14

Regulatory authority

The Insurance Commissioner may propose rules for legislative approval in accordance with
article three, chapter twenty-nine-a of this code and may promulgate emergency rules
pursuant to the provisions of section fifteen, article three, chapter twenty-nine-a of this code,
as are necessary to implement the provisions of this article.
