Personal liability of members or persons acting on behalf of the

No person acting on behalf of the corporation executing any contracts, commitments or
agreements issued pursuant to this article may be liable personally upon the contracts,
commitments or agreements or be subject to any personal liability or accountability by
reason thereof. e
