payment for health care rendered needy persons. (a) Every such corporation shall deliver to each contract holder a copy of the contract and to each holder of a master group contract for delivery to each subscriber to such group contract a certificate setting forth the essential terms of the contract to be performed. (b) A corporation may accept from governmental agencies payment of all or part of the cost of subscriptions for hospital, medical or other health care rendered needy persons, and may accept from private agencies, corporations, associations, groups or individuals, similar payment for such service to be rendered needy or other personsu.
