There shall be no liability on the part of and no cause of action of any nature shall arise
against any member insurer, the association, the board, the commissioner or their agents or
employees for any action taken by them in the exercise and performance of their powers and
duties under this article or for any statements made in good faith by them in any reports or
communications, concerning risks insured or to be insured by the associatioen, or at any
administrative hearings conducted in connection therewith.
