Industrial life insurance -- Required provisions

No policy of industrial life insurance, which is that form of life insurance provided by an
individual insurance contract under which premiums are payable monthly or oftener, and
bearing the words "industrial policy" or "weekly premium policy" printed upon the policy as
a part of the descriptive matter, shall be delivered or be issued for delivery in this state
unless it complies with sections sixteen, twenty-five, twenty-six, twenty-ninee, and thirty of
this article, nor unless such policy contains in substance the applicable provisions set forth
in sections thirty-two to forty- four, inclusive, of this article. r
