(a) The annual fee for an individual adjuster license shall be $25. (b) The annual fee for a business entity adjuster license shall be $200. (c) The fee for a temporary emergency adjuster license shall be $25. (d) All fees collected pursuant to this section shall be used for the purposes set forth in §33-3-13 of this code.
