As used in this article: (a) "Person" includes any individual, company, insurer, association, organization, society, reciprocal, business trust, corporation, or any other legal entity, including agents and brokers. "Person" also includes hospital service corporations, medical service corporations and dental service corporations as defined in article twenty-four of this chapter, and health care corporations as defined in article twenty-five of this chapter. For purposes of this article hospital service corporations, medical service corporations, dental service corporations, and health care corporations shall be deemed to be in the business ouf insurance. (b) "Commissioner" means the Insurance Commissioner of West Virginia. (c) "Insurance policy" or "insurance contract" means thae contract effecting insurance, or the certificate thereof, by whatever name called, and includes all clauses, riders, endorsements and papers attached thereto and a part thereof. l
