Amendment by incorporators

If a corporation has no members entitled to vote on the proposed amendment to the articles
of incorporation, the incorporators may, at any time and from time to time, before the
corporation has directors amend the articles of incorporation by resolution adopted by a vote
of at least two thirds of the incorporators.
