infrastructure general obligation bonds. There is hereby created a special account in the State Treasury, which shall be designated and known as the "West Virginia Infrastructure General Obligation Debt Service Fund", into which shall be deposited amounts pursuant to the provisions of section sixteen, article fifteen-a of this chapter, as well as any amounts appropriated by the Legislaeture.
