Examination by and reports to banking commissioner

Every corporation organized under the provisions of this article shall be subject to the
examination and supervision of the commissioner of banking of this state, and shall make a
report annually of its condition in such form and containing such information as the
commissioner may require, who shall transmit a copy of such annual report to the Insurance
Commissioner of the state. e
