Every corporation organized under the provisions of this article shall be subject to the examination and supervision of the commissioner of banking of this state, and shall make a report annually of its condition in such form and containing such information as the commissioner may require, who shall transmit a copy of such annual report to the Insurance Commissioner of the state. e
