Single act evidence of practice

In any action or proceeding brought under sections twenty-seven or twenty-eight of this
article or any proceeding initiated under section twenty-one of this article, evidence of the
commission of a single act prohibited by this article is sufficient to justify a penalty,
injunction, restraining order or conviction, respectively, without evidence of a general
course of conduct. e
