Injunctions against unlawful acts

When, as a result of an investigation under this article or otherwise, the board or any other
interested person believes that any person or business entity has engaged, is engaging, or is
about to engage in any acts or practices that constitute or will constitute a violation of
section twenty-six of this article, the board or any other interested person may make
application to any court of competent jurisdiction for an order enjoining thee acts or
practices, and upon a showing that the person or business entity has engaged or is about to
engage in any act or practice, an injunction, restraining order, or anothrer appropriate order
may be granted by the court without bond.
