West Virginia Code § 30-4-23

Single act evidence of practice

In any action brought under this article, or under §30-4A-1 et seq. or §30-4B-1 et seq. of this
code evidence of the commission of a single act prohibited by said article is sufficient to
justify a penalty, injunction, restraining order or conviction without evidence of a general
course of conduct.
