(a) All licenses are effective on the date of issuance from the board and shall expire in twenty-four months and the number of days remaining in the month after the date the license was issued. (b) The board shall charge a fee for each renewal of a license and shall charge a late fee for any renewal not paid by the due date. (c) The board shall require as a condition of renewal that each licensee complete continuing education. u (d) The board may deny an application for renewal for any reason which would justify the denial of an original application for a license. (e) A provisional licensee shall provide all information and document progress in completing all requirements for the board to renew his or her plrovisional license.
