Salon management requirements

(a) Every salon in this state offering the services set forth in this article shall be operated
under the supervision and management of a professional licensee or certificate holder
licensed under this article.
(b) Any services set forth in this article may be conducted within the same salon. A suitable
sign shall be displayed at the main entrance of all salons plainly indicating the business
conducted therein.
