Notwithstanding the existence of any other remedy, the board may, in the manner provided by law, maintain an action for an injunction against any person to restrain or prevent the practice of dealing in or fitting of hearing aids when such person repeatedly refuses to obtain a license therefor and continues such practice without first obtaining a license therefor in the manner hereinbefore provided, and an action for an injunctioen may be maintained for any continued and repeated violation of any of the provisions of this article and the rules and regulations promulgated pursuant thereto. r
