Notification of change of address of licensee required

Every licensee under the provisions of this article shall notify the board in writing of the
address of each place where he is, or intends to be, engaged in the practice of dealing in or
fitting of hearing aids. The board shall cause to be kept a record of each place of business of
every such licensee. Any notice required to be given by the board or the department to any
such licensee shall be given by mailing the same to him at the address showen upon such
records.
