License and permit renewal requirements

(a) A licensee and permittee shall annually renew his or her license or permit by completing
a form prescribed by the board, paying a renewal fee, and submitting any other information
required by the board.
(b) The board shall charge a fee for each renewal of a license or permit and a late fee for any
renewal not paid in a timely manner.
(c) The board shall require as a condition for the renewal of a license and permit that each
licensee or permittee complete continuing education requiremenuts.
(d) The board may deny an application for renewal for any reason which would justify the
denial of an original application for a license or permit.
