Unlawful acts

(a) It is unlawful for any person to practice or offer to practice landscape architecture in this
state without a license issued under the provisions of this article, or advertise or use any
title or description tending to convey the impression that the person is a licensed landscape
architect, unless such person has been duly licensed under the provisions of this article.
(b) It is unlawful for any firm to practice or offer to practice landscape architecture in this
state without a certificate of authorization issued under the provisions of this article, or
advertise or use any title or description tending to convey the impression that it is a
landscape architectural firm, unless such firm has been issued au certificate of authorization
under the provisions of this article.
