Issuance of license; renewal of license; renewal fee; display of license

(a) The board shall issue a license to engage in the practice of psychology to those persons
who meet the requirements of this article.
(b) The license shall be valid for a period of two years from the date issued and may be
renewed for a period of two years without examination upon application for renewal on a
form prescribed by the board and payment to the board of a reasonable renewal fee to be set
by the board by legislative rule: Provided, That the board may deny an application for
renewal for any reason which would justify the denial of an original application for a license.
(c) The board shall prescribe the form of licenses and each license shall be conspicuously
displayed by the licensee at his principal place of practice.
