Annulment or suspension of license for conviction of felony or crime

Any court before which any attorney has been qualified, on proof being made to it that he
has been convicted of any felony, or any other crime involving moral turpitude, shall annul
his license to practice therein or suspend the same for such time as the court may prescribe.
