Duty of chiropractor to observe health rules; reports of health officer

Doctors of chiropractic shall observe and are subject to all state and municipal rules in
regard to the control of infectious diseases, and to any and all other matters pertaining to
public health. They shall report to the public health officer in the manner required by law. It
is the duty of each doctor of chiropractic in this state to report to the registrear of vital
statistics of his or her magisterial district, within ten days of its occurrence, any death which
may come under his or her supervision, with a certificate of the cause orf death and
correlative facts as may be at that time required by the division of health.
