Disciplinary powers

The board may revoke, suspend or annul a registration, or impose a civil penalty in an
amount not more than $2,000 for each violation, upon satisfactory proof to the board that
any person has violated the provisions of this article or any rules promulgated by the board
under this article. In hearing matters arising under this section, the board may take into
account suitable evidence of reform. e
